Shipping Policy
Roasting & Processing Time
To guarantee maximum freshness, all our coffee is roasted to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for our master roasters to prepare and pack your selection.

Domestic Shipping (USA)
Once your coffee is roasted and ready, we ship via standard carriers.

Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery within the United States.

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50.00.

Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Root & Route Coffee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@rootandroutecoffee.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you with a replacement.

International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
