The Antioquia Trail
The Andean classic balance, brightness, and tradition.
Where this route begins
Colombia is where many coffee journeys begin and for good reason. Nestled in the mountains around Medellín, the Antioquia region offers one of the most consistent and celebrated growing environments in the world. At 1,300–1,500 m, cherries develop at a steady pace, creating a beautifully balanced profile. Mineral-rich volcanic loam soils, a stable climate, and ideal rainfall produce a cup that is approachable yet wonderfully refined.

From cherry to bean
Only the ripest cherries are hand-selected by farmers who have perfected their craft over generations, then fully washed using fresh water, a method that lets the true character of the bean shine through with absolute clarity. After washing, the beans are solar-dried, gently reducing moisture while preserving the coffee's delicate sweetness and perfect balance.
In the cup
This coffee maps a perfectly balanced route, vibrant at the start and finishing with a comforting depth. Expect bright notes of dried orange, a juicy berry sweetness, and a remarkably smooth chocolate finish. Clean and structured, ideal for new explorers and seasoned drinkers alike.
