The Sidama Origin
A journey back to the wild, untouched cradle of coffee.
Where this route begins
At 1,700 to 1,900 meters above sea level, time slows down. In the high-altitude forests of the Sidama Zone, indigenous heirloom coffee trees concentrate every complex sugar and delicate nutrient into the heart of the seed. Grown in rich, mineral-heavy soil and roasted to a perfect medium-light, this lot captures the very essence of Ethiopia, the undisputed birthplace of coffee.

From cherry to bean
This coffee is crafted using the ancient natural method. The cherries are meticulously sorted by hand and dried whole under the African sun on elevated bamboo beds, allowing the seed to slowly absorb sweet, intense fruit sugars from the pulp for weeks. It is a high-stakes, artisanal dance with nature that requires constant hand-turning, resulting in a cup that is undeniably exotic.
In the cup
Roasted to highlight its natural brightness, this coffee delivers an extraordinarily complex experience. You'll find vibrant accents of wild orchard fruits, beautifully anchored by creamy milk chocolate undertones, and completely rounded out by a smooth, velvet caramel finish.

Espresso Machine
Full immersion in a French Press lets the natural essential oils coat your palate, fully amplifying the rich milk chocolate profile. Alternatively, a high-pressure espresso extraction tightens the body, making the deep caramel sweetness and crisp fruitiness truly sing.
